They're actually quite close copies of Peavey 115SC.
Too bad they couldn't have found the time to center the jack plates.
I can only guess about the horns, and my first one is that they use 7/8 inch throat screw on drivers.

Was thinking that maybe the horns could be Altec with the fins removed. Maybe....
I actually talked to the seller, they have been sold.
IMHO home-brew scoops and 511 with fins removed...
